Jeffrey Welch
Vice President of Finance
ETC Vice President of Finance Jeffrey Welch holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with majors in finance and marketing. After college he accepted a position in Chicago with what is now JPMorgan Chase
in a management training program. He went on to work in commercial banking with middle market and multinational companies. After spending numerous years in Chicago, Welch moved back to Madison to join what is now US Bank where he served as Vice
President and Manager of their Commercial Banking Department. In 1998, he joined what is now JPMorgan Chase as their Regional President.
Welch spent most of his nearly 30 years at JPMorgan Chase serving and interacting with ETC in a Banker role. He watched the company grow from its early days on Laura Lane and their acquisition of LMI to an international company. Welch joined ETC in
2014 as their Vice President of Finance.
Welch has announced his plans to retire at the end of 2024. James Foster has been named the new Vice President of Finance as Welch prepares to retire.
