Update Firmware
The main operating software can be updated here. The software must be obtained from ETC and placed in the root of the USB drive. Please make sure the software file is not inside any other folder or subdirectory, as this will hide it from the update function.
The file name will be in this format: ETC_CS_#.#.#.#.#.#.fw (the software version will replace #.#.#.#.#.#).
CAUTION: The update process may take a few minutes. Do not shutdown the device until the process has finished. You will be prompted to shutdown and restart after the update.
