If the level of the lockout group to which a frame belongs is equal or greater than the frame's lockout threshold, the frame and any contained controls will become locked out until the level falls below the frame's lockout threshold again.
Similarly, if the level of the visibility group to which the frame belongs is equal to or greater than the visibility threshold of the frame, the frame and all of its included controls will become invisible until the level of the visibility group falls below the frame's visibility threshold.
