Durrell Ramer
Vice President of Professional Services
Prior to joining ETC, Durrell Ramer was a professional technical director and sound designer. He majored in communication at Goshen College and then went on to earn an MFA in technical theatre production from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Ramer has been with ETC for over 28 years and has held a variety of positions during that time. He started working in our Quotations Department in November 1995, moved into a management role in 1996 and has since managed the Quotations, Customer Service, and Technical Support Departments. Ramer then became Vice President of International Operations, responsible for managing the various ETC international trading companies and the High End Systems office in Austin, Texas.
In 2024, Ramer made another milestone in his successful ETC career by becoming Vice President of Professional Services. He works with Technical Services and the Systems group to continue building on ETC’s legendary customer service.
