Guide to System Startup
This document is a meant to detail expectations for ETC and the Installer during system startup service. These guidelines help ensure a successful and on-time startup.
System Startup Request Form -
No Network
This form should be filled out by or with the contractor for a project to request system startup. Upon receipt of the SSR, ETC will schedule an authorized service provider, who will contact all the parties listed on the SSR to schedule
ETC on-site work.
System Startup Request Form -
Network Only
This form should be filled out by or with the contractor for a project to provide information regarding the network settings and network readiness. If this project has ETC equipment connected to network provided by or connected to
others' network(s), submission of Network System Startup Form is required.
