Susanne Krause
General Manager of PENKO
Susanne Krause began working in the Inside Sales department at PENKO at the beginning of 2011. The following year, she was named general manager for PENKO. In this role, Krause provides local direction, executive leadership and operational management while supporting the global direction of the company.
Prior to her work at ETC, Krause worked for SAP Africa for ten years in various roles, including marketing manager and support control manager. While at SAP, she was instrumental in the implementation of the company’s strategic marketing plan, building brand awareness and growing market share. Krause attended Höhere Handelsschule Dr. Kohlhase in Herford, Germany, and received a senior commercial certificate in 1980. In 1984, she went on to earn a degree in architectural drafting from Wilhelm Normann Business School in Herford, Germany. Then in 2003, she was awarded a postgraduate diploma in business management, with honors in marketing, from Damlin Business School in Johannesburg, South Africa.
