ETC names new Southern rigging regional manager

ETC is pleased to announce Steve Aldrich as the company's new Southern rigging regional manager for its ETC Rigging™ and Vortek® products. In this role, Aldrich will work closely with ETC's representative and dealer network, providing support with rigging education, sales and service.

Aldrich has served as a field project coordinator in ETC's Orlando office for more than seven years. He has worked with lighting designers, end users, consultants and engineers, assisting them in designing complete theater systems. Aldrich is also a familiar face at tradeshows and ETC Education Center events, conducting product trainings and demonstrating gear, and he has appeared in several ETC product-training videos.

Prior to joining ETC in 2007, Aldrich was a technical director and creative designer in the theme park industry. There, he worked with many aspects of entertainment technology, including audio, video, lighting, stage automation, and rigging.

Rigging National Sales Manager Gary Henley says: "We are all excited to have Steve on board as the new Southern rigging regional manager.
