ETC participates in the 2018 Theatrical PTU event in Moscow

ETC has prepared five surprises for the latest Russian Technical Theatre School program, Theatrical PTU, at the Na Strastnom Theater Center in Moscow, taking place May 22 through June 7. 

The first of these is the presentation of the newest members of the ColorSource family – ColorSource Pearl PAR and Spot fixtures. A variable, white-light option that features flicker-free operation, Pearl is suitable for use in TV and film, and many other applications where accurate adjustment of color temperature is required.

The second surprise, presented in the ETC demo zone in the venue’s foyer, is the stylish Irideon WLZ (Wash Light Zoom) fixture.The WLZ boasts a built-in rotating zoom adjustment at the rear of the fixture housing, enabling beam angle adjustment from 9-78 degrees.

The third novelty is another recent addition to the ColorSource line – a dedicated cyclorama fixture for creating beautiful, smooth washes of light on a cyclorama or wall. The all-LED ColorSource CYC is compact, lightweight, and silent, thanks to its fanless design.

Additionally, ETC networking trainer Dmitry Dragunov will present an OSC protocol workshop on June 3 at 17:30, with the promise of an exciting demonstration, and even a little “magic”!

Finally, ETC and High End Systems products will be presented for the first time in a dedicated demo zone as part of the Theatrical PTU program. From June 1-3, visitors to the ETC & HES demo zone can see the latest products, receive demos and talk to the knowledgeable team of certified trainers.
