ETC returns to Theatrical PTU in Moscow, Russia

ETC will take part in the annual Theatrical PTU program on June 16, 17, 19 and 20 at the Na Strastnom Theater Center in Moscow. The Russian project is hosted by the Theater Union of the Russian Federation through a grant from the President’s office and aims to educate and enhance technicians’ knowledge of lighting, sound and stage technology.

Presented in the demo zone will be several ETC product lines including ColorSource, Source Four and Eos, as well as High End Systems’ consoles. There will be demonstrations of the company’s latest products and a chance for attendees to speak with ETC’s product specialists.

On June 16, 2019, at 18:10, there will be an in-depth presentation of ETC’s first integrated 3D programming environment: Augment3d. Project coordinator in Russia and the CIS countries, Vladimir Kraynov, will present the Eos v3.0 tool and showcase how to select fixtures through your device’s camera and direct your lighting equipment from the palm of your hand.

Following the Augment3d presentation, at 19:10 on June 16, attendees to Theatrical PTU will have the chance to see the Russian debut of Relevé Spot – the first member of a new product family for ETC. The automated fixture specifically designed for the theatre will be demonstrated by Vasily Litvin, head of the lighting department at ETC’s dealer Doka, who will preview the product and its features.
