ETC has a health and safety department dedicated to the well-being of our employees. There are a number of programs setup to encourage a healthy lifestyle.

• A quarterly newsletter packed with tips and information on living a healthy lifestyle.
• Monthly Safety and Wellness information posted to keep employees up to date on safe & healthy living.
• Health Risk Assessments (HRA’s) and Biometric Screenings offered annually.
• Lunch and Learn sessions to cover important wellness related topics such as dental care, nutrition, diabetes and mental health.
• Wellness Points Program. Employees earn points for healthy activities which can be redeemed for various prizes and entry into a raffle for cash or free health insurance!
