Objects, such as channels and stations, are stored inside the defined and specified space when created. For instance, dragging and dropping a Zone into the Plan workspace for Ballroom A, Area 1 creates a new channel named Zone 1, in the Browser for Ballroom A, Area 1. Other objects, such as Echo Bridges, presets, palettes, sequences, spaces, groups, control groups, macros, triggers, timed events, and overrides are stored inside the root node of the project or server project.
By default, as objects are created, they are labeled with a numeric identifier, starting with 1: (Zone 1 for example) The number "1" increments with each new object of the same type that is added into the project, no matter the load type.
Once an object is added into the project, select that object and view its properties in the Property Editor. Objects have a user definable Name property, and will have other properties and attributes that are specific to its function. Objects support the use of meta-tags and User Data (metadata) to add additional useful labels for user customization and use of Smart Folders.
