Want to test your skills to have more confidence in your programming chops? This two-day class will cover the basics of creating a theatrical show, duplicating the fast-paced environment of actual production. Instructors will guide you through best practices and test knowledge of programming basics.
Prerequisite:
You must pass the following ETC LearningStage online courses (https://courses.etcconnect.com):
• Level 1 Essentials for Eos Family Software
• Level 2 Enhanced Skills for Eos Family Software
• Level 3 Advanced Programming for Eos Family Software
When you sign up for this class, you will be asked to provide copies of your three certificates.
Course contents include but are not limited to:
• Basic cueing building blocks
• Basic programming skills
• Magic Sheet creation and use
• Virtual Media Server control
• Effects
• Data management
• Thinking outside the box/programming challenges
• Communication with designers
• Tips and tricks
Course evaluation:
This course is supported by quizzes and end-of-course written and practical tests. You will be provided with a review of your resultant showfile and skills evaluation to allow you to continue growing your programming skills.
Eos Programmer Bootcamp Level 2

Description:
Want to test your skills to have more confidence in your programming chops for busking environments? This intensive two-day class will focus on creating building blocks for both theatre and non-linear production. Instructors will guide you through best practices and test knowledge of programming basics, as well as covering new features in 2.6 software to facilitate busking. You will busk a show to music using a virtual rig.
Prerequisite:
You must score at least 95% on the following ETC LearningStage online courses (https://courses.etcconnect.com):
• Level 1 Essentials for Eos Family Software: minimum score of 133 out of 140 points
• Level 2 Enhanced Skills for Eos Family Software: minimum score of 114 out of 120 points
• Level 3 Advanced Programming for Eos Family Software: minimum score of 180.5 out of 190 points
You can verify your scores in your courses transcript. When you sign up for this class, you will be asked to provide copies of your three certificates as well as your courses scores.
