Using Flexible Output Patch
Flexible output patch is a feature, available for use with DMX Gateway's running version 3.0 or later software, that allows DMX range patching across streaming ACN universes. Assigning a flexible output patch is accomplished within the "Port Universe" cell in the main display ("Device Configurations" or "Online Devices" table) or from within the "Edit Selected Cells" dialog, for any port on a DMX Gateway that is configured as an output.
Streaming ACN allows up to 63999 universes with 512 channels each.
Note: When a universe value is greater than 63999, either as a property of, or part of an advanced input patch, that universe property display's in red until the addressing problem is corrected.
Streaming ACN uses a common format to indicate channel. The common format is universe/address:length. For additional information on supported sACN address formats, reference sACN port/universe formats.
