Configuration Properties

Configuration properties are displayed when the configuration name is the selected node in the Object Browser. Not all properties displayed in the editor are editable and will display as such.

Many properties can be changed using different tools though. For example, the "Theme" property cannot be changed from the Property Editor, although it can be changed by selecting an option from the (Theme) menu.

Title - the name of the configuration.

Revision - the revision of the configuration. Changing this also creates a new file with the backup, depending on preferences set.

Description - description of the LCD configuration

Location - location of the project

Sales Order Number - job number

Technician - technician creating theme

Last Save - a read only property displaying the time-stamp of the last save

Default Page - the page displayed by default. Default page.

Inactivity Page - the page displayed after a user defined length of time of inactivity with the Paradigm Touchscreen has elapsed. Inactivity Page.

Inactivity Timeout - the length of time (in minutes) after a Paradigm Touchscreen has been utilized until the page changes from the displayed page to the user specified Inactivity Page.

Inactivity Touch/Prox Behavior - the page that the touchscreen returns to when activity is detected on the Paradigm Touchscreen. Set Inactivity Touch/Prox Behavior

Page Change Gestures - enables or disables gestures for all page changes and popups in the configuration. Add or Edit Page Actions and Gestures for information regarding settings for individual pages.

Setup Passcode - the passcode used for setup and configuration within the "Setup" menu of the Paradigm Touchscreen.

Passcode 1 - the passcode used for visibility and lockout groups. See Lockout and Visibility and Hiding and Disabling Controls.

Passcode 2 - the passcode used for visibility and lockout groups

Passcode 3 - the passcode used for visibility and lockout groups

Passcode 4 - the passcode used for visibility and lockout groups

Passcode 5 - the passcode used for visibility and lockout groups

Energy Page background color - the color of the page behind the Energy Manager

Energy Page background image - the image displayed on the page behind the Energy Manager. This can be an image from the theme or a custom image for personalization.

Energy Page charts skin - the skin used for charts displayed on the Energy Manager. Energy Page Chart skins are defined in the selected theme. Reference ThemeDesigner online help for more information regarding available charts skins.

If the theme used does not have an Energy Page Charts skin defined, none will be selectable. It is preferred to update your theme to a current theme that is fully defined with the latest features, or for a custom theme, create the Energy skin elements as needed.
