Server Project

A server project configuration file (*.spcf) is a combined system of one or more individual projects (*.pcf file type). A server project must have a Paradigm Central Control Server (P-CCS) which includes the ETC Net3 Conductor Network Services Gateway.

A server project allows each individual project to share global presets, channel groups, macros, overrides and timed events. Server projects also allow centralized management of multiple projects from one LightDesigner session.

The Central Control Server facilitates control events that affect or span multiple projects (called sub-projects in a server project system), such as system-wide preset activations and centralized timed event configuration. The Central Control Server also provides support for the Virtual Touchscreen application, a comprehensive Web Interface, and provides a physically separate BACnet IP interface.
